I’ve written for brands in a range of industries. Most notably, I served as Editor and Newsletter Writer for a stock trading software and education company where I wrote a dedicated newsletter with 40,000 subscribers and had the highest click-through rate on staff (the company goal was 10% and my average was 25%). I also wrote video transcriptions for their YouTube channel with 100,000+ subscribers.
Other clients have included Upright Health (a wellness company which now has over 1 million subscribers on YouTube), Human Interest (a 401K administrator and retirement planning company), The Marsh (an entertainment venue for solo performers), and Jayne Daly (a women’s life transitions coach).
As a creative writer, I’ve published poetry and prose in various journals, a textbook by Oxford University Press, and a New York Times best-selling anthology. I have a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from UCLA and studied Fashion Writing and Publicity under award-winning fashion writer and editor Sylvia Rubin of the San Francisco Chronicle and SFGATE at CCSF.
My professional background includes managing a boutique financial services firm, serving as board treasurer of a non-profit, lead generation in the event marketing industry, and event supervising for a historic arts and culture venue.
